My name is Anastasiia Kapitanova, and I am the founder of Beauty Creators Studio in Los Angeles.
Permanent makeup for me is not about trends or dramatic changes. It is about balance, precision, and respect for natural beauty. High-quality PMU should never look like makeup — it should look like you: refreshed, confident, and harmonious.
I have over 12 years of professional experience in permanent makeup and aesthetic pigmentation, and more than 9,500 clients worldwide have trusted me with their faces. Many of them travel from different states and countries, because when it comes to your face, experience, accuracy, and responsibility truly matter.
My professional journey began long before Los Angeles. Together with my husband, Mark, we spent many years building and developing beauty businesses across Europe, working with diverse clients, complex cases, and continuously refining both artistic and operational standards. This experience shaped not only my technical expertise, but also our shared philosophy — beauty work must be ethical, safe, and long-term, not trend-driven.
Mark plays a key role in the development of Beauty Creators Studio, overseeing operations, structure, and client experience. As a family-owned business, we are deeply involved in every detail — from the quality of procedures to the atmosphere of the studio and the level of care each client receives. This personal involvement allows us to maintain consistency, transparency, and exceptional standards at every stage.
MRelocating to Los Angeles, we brought this extensive international experience into a new chapter — creating a studio that combines European precision, modern technology, and a calm, professional approach to aesthetic care.
Throughout my career, I have completed 70+ advanced master classes and international trainings, continuously deepening my expertise in facial anatomy, color science, skin behavior, and pigment aging over time. I never work with templates. Every result begins with a detailed analysis of facial symmetry, proportions, skin type, undertone, lifestyle, and how the work will age. This allows my results to heal and fade softly, naturally, and without unwanted color shifts.
Beauty Creators Studio is a licensed, premium studio located in Westwood, Los Angeles, operating strictly under California State and OSHA standards, using single-use tools only. Each client receives a personalized design, a clear aftercare plan, and long-term guidance.
My signature services include natural brows, soft lash enhancement eyeliner, lips with healthy long-lasting color, scar and areola camouflage, freckles, hair density correction, and vitiligo work.
In 2025, I was awarded the Grand Prix at the International World Championship in Permanent Makeup, competing in the professional category with artists with over three years of experience, and winning in three categories — brows, eyes, and lips. While international recognition is an honor, my greatest achievement remains the long-term trust of my clients.
I am also an international PMU trainer and speaker, with over 90 students worldwide, and the creator of the LiGA PMU educational system, designed for artists who seek natural, premium-level results and sustainable professional growth.

Anastasiia began her professional journey in permanent makeup and aesthetic pigmentation in Eastern Europe. From the very beginning, her focus was not on trends, but on natural results, skin health, and technical precision.
She built a strong foundation through deep study of color theory, facial anatomy, and skin behavior, forming a thoughtful, science-based approach that would later become the signature of her work — subtle, balanced, and designed to age beautifully over time.
Years of intensive hands-on practice with a wide range of clients and complex cases marked a period of rapid professional growth.
During this stage, Anastasiia refined her techniques, strengthened her analytical eye, and developed a distinctive natural style rooted in precision rather than decoration. This period shaped her core philosophy: permanent makeup should enhance natural beauty, never overpower it — and should fade softly, predictably, and harmoniously.
Recognizing the need for deeper, more responsible education in the industry, Anastasiia launched her first structured training programs for permanent
makeup artists.
Her courses were built around predictable color outcomes, individualized design, and long-term skin behavior, setting a higher standard for professional education. From the start, her teaching reflected the same principles as her client work — accuracy, personalization, and respect for natural aesthetics.
In 2022, Anastasiia stepped onto the international stage as a recognized expert and speaker. She participated in INTER PERMANENT 2022, where she presented her author’s technique Velvet Lips.
Her work in advanced lip pigmentation earned professional recognition, marking her transition from accomplished master artist to international educator and thought leader within the global PMU community.
In 2023, Anastasiia entered a new chapter of her career, bringing European precision, artistic sensitivity, and technical mastery to the U.S. beauty market. Establishing herself in Los Angeles, she began working with high-profile clients and media personalities.
Clients started traveling from other states to see her, and her techniques evolved further to meet the needs of diverse skin types, ethnic backgrounds, and aesthetic expectations. This year marked a period of strategic growth, elevated credibility, and deeper integration into the premium U.S. beauty industry.
Together with her husband Mark, Anastasiia founded Beauty Creators Studio in Westwood, Los Angeles — a refined boutique space dedicated to natural permanent makeup, gentle corrective aesthetics, and advanced professional education.

Our courses are designed for both beginners and experienced PMU artists. We offer foundational programs for those starting from scratch, as well as advanced and master-level training for professionals who want to refine technique and expand their services.
No prior experience is required for beginner-level courses. Advanced courses and masterclasses are recommended for artists who already have basic training or practical experience in permanent makeup or cosmetic procedures.
We offer both online and offline education. In-person training takes place in Los Angeles, while online programs allow students from anywhere to learn through structured lessons, demonstrations, and guided practice.
Yes. Upon successful completion, students receive a certificate of completion. More importantly, we focus on providing real skills and confidence, not just documentation.
Yes. In-person courses include hands-on practice on models under professional supervision. Online programs include detailed practical guidance and structured assignments to ensure proper technique development.
Training programs may include nano brows, permanent makeup techniques, corrective work, scalp micropigmentation, scar camouflage, and advanced color theory, depending on the selected course or masterclass.
