1. General Information

Beauty Creators Studio provides beauty, permanent makeup (PMU), cosmetic tattooing, and educational services. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients, students, website visitors, and customers.

2. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments require a booking deposit, unless stated otherwise.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total service price on the day of your appointment.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the booking deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility

Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to any procedure.

Beauty Creators Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from:

Undisclosed medical conditions
Failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions
Individual skin reactions or healing responses

Results may vary from client to client.

5. Permanent Makeup & Cosmetic Tattooing

Permanent makeup procedures involve the implantation of pigment into the skin and carry inherent risks.
Final results depend on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and healing process.
Touch-up sessions may be required for optimal results and are not always included in the initial price.

6. Education, Courses & Training

All training materials, courses, workshops, and educational content are the intellectual property of Beauty Creators Studio.
Unauthorized copying, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Payments & Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments must be made in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Results Disclaimer

Beauty Creators Studio does not guarantee specific results. Beauty procedures are subjective, and outcomes may differ based on individual characteristics.

By proceeding with any service, you acknowledge and accept these variations.
